Incorporated within the above is the practical experience of: - Design and Implementation of Performance Management Systems - Coaching and Training of management and operational teams & Developing cultures of Involvement and Participation.
Gerry is Currently Providing coaching, training and consultancy support to a range of blue-chip business clients since 2000 as a self employed consultant.
