Irene is a Certified, Advanced Four Sight trainer. Irene has designed, trained, facilitated workshops and courses to nurture skills in creative problem solving and facilitate their concrete application to address real life challenges. Enthusiastic creative problem solving consultant and organizational climate analyst, Irene holds a Master in Political Science, with specialization in Work Psychology and Group Theories and Techniques at the Bologna University.
She is currently completing a Master in Creative Studies in New York. She is co - founder and R&D director of a Dutch firm committed in helping, internationally, entrepreneurs and profit as well as not for profit organizations to develop innovative products and services, to measure the effectiveness of CPS training and interventions, to build high performance task forces and to capitalize the value of their organizational assets.
