
Lindsey has 17 years’ experience in training and development. She works with organisations to achieve performance improvement at individual, team and organisational levels through consultancy, designing and leading learning activities, facilitating workshops and providing one-to-one coaching.
A Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Lindsey uses NLP techniques to help people enhance their personal effectiveness in areas such as communication, influence, leadership, assertiveness, conflict resolution and decision-making
Business Experience: Established and managed a satellite office and distribution network in Australia for a UK-based carpet and flooring company, then 4 years as Training Manager for Coventry Health Authority, winning the NHS Trainer of the Year Award in 1992 - Designed and managed a Regional development programme for senior NHS managers, focussing on the introduction of commercial skills, 6 years as Tutor/Consultant at GEC’s Management College, designing and delivering senior management programmes for blue chip companies within and outside the GEC group and Associate Lecturer, since 2000, on the Creativity and Change Module of the Open University MBA
Since 2000, Lindsey has been working as an independent training consultant with clients in the aerospace, manufacturing and technology sectors and also in the public sector. She has become particularly known for her work in the areas of creative thinking, leadership and influence, facilitation skills, team development and communication.
