
Phil is an experienced trainer who delivers programmes across a wide range of disciplines including Project Management, leadership, sales and customer service. Phil has spent over 15 years in training and development and has had senior roles in organisations such as British Telecom and Yellow Pages heading up the training and development strategy as well as designing and delivering training.
Phil is able to engage his course attendees with his practical and pragmatic approach to training coupled with a relaxed style that sets the atmosphere for learning. A fellow of the CIPD, he is able to deliver a range of prgrammes that develop leadership skills, create high performing sales teams, train the trainers, strategic planning, process and procedures, management development programmes and the customer service skills essential in todays competitive environment.
Phil has been fortunate to work in a wide range of organisations, industry sectors and organisational cultures in Europe / the Gulf Region and brings real world experience to his training that can offer new perspectives on the challenges that organisations are facing with a solid education in Thames Valley University, Slough - Institute of Training and Development he achieved Certificate in I.T.D., Diploma in Training Management and MIPD Qualification in Queen Mary’s College, Basingstoke and has participated also in formal Business Training Courses as follows:
