- Acted as coach and facilitator to the senior management team that has developed the growth of NUHC from start up to 3rd in market. Contributed to the development and implementation of corporate and sales strategy.

- Used skills as NLP Master Practitioner and Coach to develop career development programme for staff. Resulting in 65% of senior sales positions and 85% first line supervisor posts being sourced internally since 2001. Additionally there was 15% reduction in turnover of staff.
- Designed recruitment and selection processes for all sales channels
- Sourced and managed external providers to achieve results; e.g. Implemented Major Account Management Programme in conjunction with Cranfield University School of Management in 2005, contributed strongly to record sales in 1sst quarter of 2006 142% of target.

- Designed and delivered constantly developing set of training programmes over 15 years to meet the needs of diverse range of people within the organisation
- The above programmes contributed considerably to the growth of the organisation which grew from scratch in 1991 to £300m+ turnover in 2005 of which £55m+ was new business, with employees growing from 50 to 1800 over this period
- Delivered sales and sales management training and development programmes that supported achievement of 107% of sales target in 2005, a 15% over 2004 figures.
- Implemented over 7 different management development and training programmes over 15 years to take account of the rapid growth and changing demands. Over 10 delegates from these programmes have progressed to senior management positions.
