Before moving into general consultancy Graham held senior management development posts for large global organisations such as Yellow Pages and Reed Elsevier, responsible for developing leadership capability and cultural change programmes across international workforces.
Graham has designed and delivered management programmes around the world, to diverse audiences and his pragmatic, facilitative style puts learners at ease and creates the right environment for practical management skills development. As well as being qualified with the CIPD, Graham is also qualified to administer, MBTI, Belbin and Strength Deployment Inventory training.
