Noura Esmat is a graduate of the University of the District of Columbia in Washington DC., in Management. She started her career in the Training & Development field in the hospitality industry where she took the challenge in five stars hotel training department, till she got to be a “Training & Development Manager”. She is holding more than 10 certificates in all the area of expertise she had since she started the training & development career. Most of the training programs that she conducts she is certified with & have been accredited by the related companies head office to conduct it.
Noura is an expert in tackling all operational development functions covering all aspects; starting from administering, developing and conducting courses specially tailored for any job/ department specification need & all the way to managing the training department with its team members. Assessing training needs, conducting training courses and coaching all levels of respective team members, to reach the final organization goals quality of service, was continuously her main career objective.
Noura had worked in parallel paths, as a training manager & corporate freelancer trainer to enrich her exposure & area of expertise in this field. At that time, she had got selected as a “Master Trainer” whereby, she used to conducts different kinds of development programs, supervisory level, assistant department heads, & management team too. Moreover, she was also selected to be an “Opening Pilot Member”, she used to do the opening for brand new properties, building up the training department from scratch. Conducting Orientation/ Induction program & any other related company basic training programs to all the team members at all level.
Therefore, Noura had the golden opportunity to grow her skills & abilities to assist her all through her Training & Development career. Moreover, she expanded her area of experience with a lot of Seminars, Annual Area/ Regional meetings & different Cross Exposure training programs that she had gone through (Internally & Externally). She also learnt how to adapt & tolerate the acquired knowledge to others, according to their learning style. This makes her a well maintained Learning & Development Consultant in these various fields
