
Rachel is a Business Psychologist with a strong commercial background in Sales and Customer Service. Her passion for working with people and enabling them to unlock their potential enables Rachel to have an immediate impact with her clients.
Rachel provides a fun and relaxed environment for her clients to develop their skills and raise their self-awareness and she adopts a client-centered approach in her role as a facilitator, trainer and coach. Rachel translates academic theory into practical tools that individuals can apply in their workplace, and works extremely hard to ensure that delegates and clients challenge themselves to change their consequential behavior.
Rachel’s sales and marketing experience, business psychology background and enthusiasm enable her clients to identify with, focus upon and then realize their goals. The variety of public and private sector experience ensures that Rachel adapts easily to different teams and organizational cultures.
Rachel has gained International experience in Europe; Canada and the USA and has worked with employees at all levels of the organization including shop-floor workers and Graduates through to Director Level, MDs of SMEs and Chief Executives.
Rachel has worked with the Defense; Transport; Legal Profession; Sales; Retail; Accountancy; Pharmaceutical and Automotive Industry sectors. Her work has been predominantly with Engineers, HR professionals, IT and Sales people.
Her qualifications include a MSc Occupational Psychology; BSc Philosophy and Psychology; Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring certificate; BPS Level A and Level B psychometric testing and Belbin.
