At Bbusinesss our trained assessors use various aptitude diagnostic processes in order to obtain information about your applicants'/employees’ abilities or development potential. In an effort to facilitate more accurate recruitment and internal promotion initiatives, we create environments which allow applicants the opportunity to demonstrate aptitude and general skills related to the requirements of the job.

Our Assessment/Development Centers are highly structured in their design, application, and assessment procedure and are specifically adapted to assess factors such as candidate’s level of skills, aptitude and compatibility with the organization's culture. Each test measures a range of indicators within these factors.

At Bbusinesss, Assessment/Development Centers are organized for clients only after the initial stages of the selection process, and following the initial job interview. Other measurements such as psychological tests may complement the selection process. Our centers are designed to provide candidates with the opportunity to support the information previously provided in the interview stage of the application process by displaying their behaviors in a in a variety of situations.

- The Keirsey Temperament Sorter
- Belbin Team Roles Inventory
- Organizational Competencies
- Media Interview Exercises (Senior Positions)
- The Jung Type Indicator
- Five Factor Model (FFM)
- CPQ

The essence of our approach in the Functional Aspect Development Center is a cyclical process consisting of 5 steps:

1. Assessment: determining the criteria to be tested
2. Awareness: making sure that competencies become visible
3. Acceptance: realizing what the points are that need to be developed
4. Alternatives: making a development procedure open to discussion
5. Action: compiling and implementing the development plan

We translate the strategy, the (desired) culture and the structure of the organization into competency profiles and evaluation criteria. The work carried out in the Development Center is based on representative practical situations that are determined in consultation with the client.
